Why that name for my business, you ask? Well, it became a habit in our household to encourage our then 2 year old son to say, "Happy Day" to everyone he saw. It was a handy little diversion when he was having a typical toddler day, as he would snap out of whatever crisis he was having at the moment just to say those words. It became his trademark saying and such a part of our daily lives that I secretly vowed to myself if I ever started a business, I would somehow incorporate Happy Day into my business name. And...once you experience the Gourmet Candles and other products for yourself, you will understand why the name of my business fits even without knowing the history behind it!
